As everywhere in Sweden, there are endless opportunities to enjoy fishing in the surroundings of our campsite. The fishing is controlled by fishing associations who are accredited by the government, those accredited associations offer permits and are responsible for the preservation of the fishes in the lakes. You will need a permit before you begin fishing. Usually there is an exemption for children under 15 years. The code of conduct can vary by lake, you can find their codes of conduct on their websites. In some lakes it is prohibited to fish during a period of time and sometimes lakeside fishing is prohibited due to arrangements with the landowners. We are acquainted with 3 fishing associations who manage the lakes around the campsite and can help you to obtain a fishing permit, to rent a boat or explain the regulations.
